Dan Wells
Dan carries the family name and
reputation. He has been asked many times by
home buyers how long he has been building
homes. His standard answer is “home building
is like farming, I was helping my Dad before
I started grade school.” Dan started young,
and has a lot of experience. In addition to
hands on experience Dan graduated from U.S.U
with a degree in Finance. Dan and Julane
have six children who he hopes some will
carry on the family tradition of home
building.Julane Wells
Julane Graduated with a degree in
accounting, Julane earned her C.P.A. and
worked in public accounting before taking
over the accounting for Wells Built Homes. A
lot of Julane’s work is in the background,
but her efforts are felt throughout the
organization.
Kirk Worthington
Kirk has made a career of satisfying
clients, and bringing Wells Built Homes jobs
to a close efficiently and on time. Kirk has
a degree in Communication which he earned at
M.S.U.B. Kirk takes great pride in the final
product that W.B.H. offers. Kirk has helped
this business grow into the company that it
is today. Kirk and his wife Marlayne also
have six children.
Rick Stordahl
Rick has an extensive background in the
construction industry. Rick has worked in
upper management for large retail lumber
companies. Rick has worked as a consultant
for homebuilders, and has put many people’s
dreams on paper and followed the project
through to its completion. Rick currently
works in the construction and design side of
W.B.H. Rick and his wife Mary has three sons
who are very accomplished in academics and
sports.
Tabitha Anderson
Tabitha graduated in Political Science at
the University of Washington. She has a
great eye for detail and design and has
worked extensively with our homeowners in
customer service and design. Tabitha is
currently working in the accounting
department at Wells Built Homes.
James Pennington
James is a new addition management
staff, but this does not mean that he does
not have experience. James has lived most of
his life in this community and plans to see
his family raised here as well. James left
Billings for a time while he earned
masters degrees in business administration
and hospital administration at the
University of Alabama. After completing his
course work he worked as an administrator at
the Billings Clinic. James joined our staff
and has brought a welcomed fresh perspective
and management skills that we need to our
industry. James oversees the business
development side of Wells Built Homes. Scott Shimamoto
Scott graduated from BYU where he
received a degree in Construction
Management. Scott has worked with
builders throughout the Phoenix area where
he was able put his knowledge to work.
He has years of experience in the
construction field as well as construction
supervision. We are happy to welcome
him to the Wells Built Homes team as a
general project manager. Denise Ryan
Denise is our interior designer, she has
been in the industry since 1990, and
is currently working out of Carpet One.
She attended UND-W where she received an
associates degree of applied science, there
she was also on the deans and presidents
list. Denise has also sold furniture
and flooring as well as owned her own
business, Jolie Interiors in
Billings. She is extremely
knowledgeable and talented, her award for
best of show for the 2006 fall parade speaks
for its self. We are excited to have
Denise's artistic eye and her unique design
ideas added to our team.
Wells Built Homes works with a host of other
onsite craftsmen. Some who have been with us
for several years and others who are
seasonal help.
